How to connect Microsoft Outlook
Choose Microsoft during onboarding, sign in with Outlook, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 and grant Calendars.Read. That Microsoft identity also creates or retrieves your Ringminder account.
After mobile verification, timed events from your default Outlook calendar appear in Upcoming Reminders and can trigger a call.
Calls that follow your work calendar
Moving a meeting in Outlook also moves its Ringminder call after sync. Cancelled events stop generating calls, while new events enter the list automatically.
Microsoft 365 organizations may require administrator approval. Ringminder cannot bypass your company's policy; an administrator must allow the application when consent is restricted.
Choose which events deserve a call
Ringminder considers confirmed future events with a specific time. Outlook's reminder timing is used when available; otherwise your account default applies.
To avoid too many calls on a packed day, open Upcoming Reminders and mute low-priority events or apply another lead time to several events at once.

Does Ringminder change my Outlook meetings?
No. Calendars.Read is a read-only permission, so meetings remain managed in Outlook.

After the change notification or next sync, Ringminder marks the event as cancelled and removes its scheduled call.
