Which appointments deserve a call?

Use calls for events where forgetting has a real consequence: a consultation, interview, important meeting, government appointment, departure or reservation.

Calls need not cover every calendar block. Upcoming Reminders lets you mute secondary events and keep a distinct signal for priorities.

Schedule the right moment to act

Ask what should happen when the phone rings. Do you need to leave, open a link, gather documents or simply become available? Choose timing around that action.

Ringminder reads the title and time. A clear title such as “Leave for passport appointment” is more useful aloud than an obscure abbreviation.

For your appointments, not for calling customers

The current product calls the account holder's verified mobile. It is a personal reminder linked to that person's calendar.

Ringminder is not currently a B2B system for a practice or company to upload patients or customers and call them. Every recipient must consent and verify their number through their own setup.

Frequently asked questions

Can I choose which appointments trigger calls?

Future timed events are eligible by default. In Upcoming Reminders, mute those that do not need a call.

What happens if I do not answer?

The call and its status appear in history. The current version does not automatically retry or turn it into a caregiver notification.

Can Ringminder call my patients or customers?

Not in the current version. Ringminder calls the account owner's verified number about that person's own events.
