How does a voice call reminder work?
Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Apple iCloud, then confirm the mobile number to call. Ringminder syncs timed events and calculates each call time from your default lead time.
Open Upcoming Reminders to change one event, choose 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour beforehand, or mute its call. A test call lets you check the number and voice before relying on live reminders.
Why add a call to calendar notifications?
Calendar alerts are useful, but they share your screen with messages, email and other notifications. A call uses a different channel: the phone rings until you answer or decline it.
That does not make an appointment impossible to miss. A phone can be off, muted or out of coverage. Ringminder is an extra layer for important events, not an absolute guarantee.
A simple voice reminder, not a conversational agent
Ringminder uses text-to-speech to read a short message built from your calendar information. The call does not ask you to speak, give advice or confirm that you completed an action.
That simplicity keeps the reminder predictable: you immediately hear the event and time, then act without opening another app.
